The Webb

The Webb is right next door to Pearl Street Grill and attached to the Loft on Pearl at 92 Pearl Street. Inside, we have 32 hotel rooms, two banquet spaces on the main level, and our rooftop that is perfect for weekday events and ceremonies.

Rooms

The Pearl View Room – This space has large storefront windows looking out to Pearl Street and tall tin ceilings. Three brick arches dressed in lights, built from reclaimed brick from the area, provide passages from the main dining room to the bar and food area. For general banquets, this space maxes out at 75 guests. For ceremonies this room can seat 80 people with standing room in the back. The brick arches provide a grand backdrop for a ceremony, opening gifts or just for photos! View More Photos

The Romanesque Room – Having the same characteristics as the Pearl View Room, the Romanesque Room seats up to 225 guests. A large built in bar is to your left that features a dropped tin ceiling. The room then opens up to two story windows and center brick arches. The right side of the arches can max out at 136 seated guests. Both spaces provide spectrum radio channels and a wireless microphone and are often used simultaneously. View More Photos

The Stone Cellar – Renovations were completed December 2019. The Stone Cellar is the ideal space for rehearsal dinners, showers, birthdays, engagement parties and the smaller intimate reception. For general banquets, the space can seat up to 75 people. There is a large built in bar pouring 5 of Pearl Street’s classic beer selections along with private restrooms. Elevator access through the hotel entrance will bring guests down to the cellar to be greeted by a warm mix of wood and stone coverings.  View More Photos

Rooftop – Our rooftop space holds ceremonies on the weekends for our onsite couples with seating for about 200 guests, or can be used as a casual setting for an hors d’oeuvre style party for up to 100 Monday-Thursday. Elevator access through the hotel entrance will bring guests up to the sixth floor, where guests are welcomed by an indoor vestibule followed by the doors to the roof. Custom high-top tables and satellite bars reclaimed from old planter boxes dress the space. Plus guests can spread out on the casual gray wicker seating and side tables. Of course our Pearl Street flower baskets hang from four separate hooks for that added pop of color. In the case of inclement weather, our Pearl View Room would serve as the indoor backup.
